Thank you for shopping with Ascenta. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped from our store.
Order Processing
All hats sold by Ascenta are embroidered after an order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. This time allows us to carefully embroider and prepare your hat.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Ascenta only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at ascenta100@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Ascenta is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Ascenta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
