Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@ascenta.com.pl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Lost or Damaged Packages
